Reservations, Cancellations and Refund Policy

RESERVATIONS:

Reservations are secured with a down payment which is due no later than October in the year prior to your trip.  For your convenience, reservation payments can be made in three equal installment payments: October (year prior to arrival), January 1 (year of arrival) and April 1 (year of arrival).

CANCELLATIONS:

NEW 2020 COVID-19 Coronavirus Cancellation Policy: If you are unable to travel due to COVID-19 illness, Alaska Airlines cancellations, or if the State of Alaska and your State of residence still have shelter-in-place restrictions as a result of this pandemic, we will fully refund your 2020 reservation (less the 5% transaction fee). Refunds will be issued seven days prior to the 2020 reservation arrival date.

If any members of your group would like to reschedule, we can move individuals into our 2021 calendar.

Standard Cancellation Policy

Cancellation notification is required before January 1 on the year of your reservation. We will only refund a reservation deposit minus a 5% fee for cancellations made prior to this deadline. For cancellations made after January 1 there will be no refund on the amount paid unless the reservation can be re-booked.*

  • Before January 1 deadline: Full refund on deposits less 5% fee.
  • After January 1 deadline: No refund on payments made.*

*If a cancelled reservation can be re-booked, refunds will be given up to the amount of the new reservation less the 5% transaction fee.  The majority of time we are able to re-book your reservation and refund your payments almost immediately. In many cases, any forfeited payments can be used to book a trip the following year.

CHANGES IN RESERVATIONS:

Any change to a reservation made after January 1 of your scheduled arrival year that reduces the duration of stay, or number of units reserved is considered a cancellation.
