Reservations, Cancellations and Refund Policy

RESERVATIONS:

Reservations are secured with a down payment which is due no later than October in the year prior to your trip.  For your convenience, reservation payments can be made in three equal installment payments: October (year prior to arrival), January 1 (year of arrival) and April 1 (year of arrival).

CANCELLATIONS:

NEW 2020 COVID-19 Coronavirus Cancellation Policy: If you can provide proof with a physicians note that you are unable to travel due to COVID-19 illness, we will fully refund your 2020 reservation (less the 5% transaction fee). Refunds will be issued seven days prior to the 2020 reservation arrival date.

If a reservation has already begun (the check-in date has passed) this COVID-19 Coronavirus Cancellation Policy does not apply.

Standard Cancellation Policy

The Standard Cancellation Policy applies to all reservations made on or after June 1, 2020.

Cancellation notification is required before January 1 on the year of your reservation. We will only refund a reservation deposit minus a 5% fee for cancellations made prior to this deadline. For cancellations made after January 1 there will be no refund on the amount paid unless the reservation can be re-booked.*

  • Before January 1 deadline: Full refund on deposits less 5% fee.
  • After January 1 deadline: No refund on payments made.*

*If a cancelled reservation can be re-booked, refunds will be given up to the amount of the new reservation less the 5% transaction fee.  The majority of time we are able to re-book your reservation and refund your payments almost immediately. 

CHANGES IN RESERVATIONS:

Any change to a reservation made after January 1 of your scheduled arrival year that reduces the duration of stay, or number of units reserved is considered a cancellation. Shortened lengths of stay after April 1 will not be refunded.
