Fish Processing Freezing and Shipping

Fish Processing is included with your trip at no extra charge.

We have cleaning tables and sinks on the dock and a processing room set up with two commercial vacuum packers, a (6×12 ft) blast freezer, four private freezers (one for each unit) and wet-lock boxes for you to preserve your catch for the trip home. We take care of everything. All we ask is that you tip our fish processors accordingly. Many local fish processors charge $2/pound of fish. We provide this service to lodge guests free of charge.


Custom Fish Processing is included with our fully guided and self-guided fishing packages. The Chinook Shores crew will unload your fish and hang it for your photo, then you can relax and let us filet, vacuum pack, freeze and box your catch.
